Our main shipper is UPS. We also use USPS, Fed EX, and overnight for select pieces, depending upon the size of the order. Custom shipping may be available. Hawaii and Alaska are subject to additional charges. Please email us for a shipping quote. We also do some international shipping. email us for list of countries that we ship to. If we ship to your country, please email and ask for a quote on shipping to the country in which you reside. We accept returns only when damaged during shipping. All items are inspected before being shipped out. Please inspect the product before signing for and accepting the product from the carrier. If damaged, refuse to sign and do not accept the product. Please email us as soon as possible. If you sign for and keep the product before inspecting and you find item(s) damaged, you must email us with in 2 days of receiving item(s), and include clear, detailed pictures of the damage.
