Q: Will you share my mailing address with others?
A: Your information is completely private - we do not share your information with outside companies other than delivery companies or banks that are necessary for the completion of your order.
Q: Will you hold an order to be shipped at a later date?
A: Yes. If you place an order now - or anytime one of our specials catches your eye - and you want  us to delay shipping, we will be happy to oblige. Just let us know when you want it to arrive -  Christmas, a birthday, a holiday - we will even hold it until next spring. Just type your request in the comments space when you are ordering.
Q: Is assembly difficult?
A: Generally speaking, all of our furniture products are very simple to assemble. Benches, chairs, & accessories are shipped with the back & set completely assembled. Using just household tools, the assembly time is approximately 20 minutes. All necessary hardware and assembly instructions are included with each shipment.
